About Stoverud's
Stoverud's has been in operation as a family-run business since 1879. Originally known as Kohn Jewelers, the shop was purchased by Oz Stoverud in 1945, and is currently owned and operated by a third generation of the Stoverud family: Kathleen Stoverud.
Based in Missoula, Montana, Stoverud's is the oldest tenant of the historic Florence Hotel. A visit to our shop recalls the rich history of the Hotel and of the region, originally a stopping point for travelers going from Glacier National Park and Yellowstone National Park. The Hotel has since been converted to office space, and the lobby has recently been restored to its nineteenth century appearance.
Stoverud's has been a fixture in the community of Missoula for over a century, and we are now proud to offer our collection of precious stones, gifts and fine jewelry to the world at large.
